IFYS continues to grow rapidly and that brings some positive challenges. IFYS has increased its capacity for service delivery by 30% in the last 12 months. A well functioning, relevant, organisational structure and systems are fundamental to operational success.

There is a great deal of work constantly being undertaken to achieve the levels of accountability and operational integrity that IFYS enjoys now and into the future. It’s what gives IFYS the ability to be a stable organisation, financially resilient and responsive in service delivery.
